  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (adds depth to the chicken flavor)
  • Olive oil

Step 1: Preheat and Prep the Potatoes

  2. Prepare the potatoes: Peel and quarter the potatoes, placing them in a large mixing bowl. Add salt, pepper, rosemary, and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix until the potatoes are evenly coated.

Step 2: Season the Chicken

  1. In a separate bowl, season the chicken drumsticks with sweet and smoked paprika. Add salt, pepper, and a light drizzle of olive oil. Massage the seasonings into the chicken for even flavor distribution.

Step 3: Arrange the Ingredients in the Baking Dish

  1. In a baking dish, spread out the seasoned potatoes evenly. Place the chicken drumsticks on top of the potatoes for even cooking.
  2. Cover the dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil to retain moisture during the initial baking stage.

Step 4: Bake the Dish
