- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup raspberry compote
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Crust: In a food processor, blend flour, cocoa, sugar, and salt. Add butter and pulse until crumbly. Mix in egg yolk and ice water until dough forms. Press into a 9-inch tart pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
