Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels are a quick, no-cook appetizer or snack combining savory turkey, sweet cranberries, creamy cheese, and crisp lettuce, wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for holidays, parties, or everyday meal prep.

- 4 burrito-size or wrap-size tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 3 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions
- 12 ounces turkey slices
- 8 ounces Havarti cheese slices
- Romaine lettuce, ribs removed
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with chopped chives and dried cranberries until well combined.
- Lay two tortillas side by side on a clean surface, slightly overlapping.
- Spread a generous, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the tortillas.
- Layer the turkey slices on top of the cream cheese, followed by the Havarti cheese, then romaine lettuce.
- Roll the tortillas tightly from the short end into a log.
- Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Once chilled, slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Serve on a platter. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
