Description

Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels are a quick, no-cook appetizer or snack combining savory turkey, sweet cranberries, creamy cheese, and crisp lettuce, wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for holidays, parties, or everyday meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 burrito-size or wrap-size tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions
  • 12 ounces turkey slices
  • 8 ounces Havarti cheese slices
  • Romaine lettuce, ribs removed

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with chopped chives and dried cranberries until well combined.
  2. Lay two tortillas side by side on a clean surface, slightly overlapping.
  3. Spread a generous, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the tortillas.
  4. Layer the turkey slices on top of the cream cheese, followed by the Havarti cheese, then romaine lettuce.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly from the short end into a log.
  6. Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Once chilled, slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
  8. Serve on a platter. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Notes

  • Use a serrated knife for clean slices.
  • Can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
  • Try spinach or sun-dried tomato wraps for extra color.
  • Swap Havarti for provolone or vegan cheese as needed.
  • For extra crunch, add thin cucumber slices or shredded carrots.
