- 3 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- Optional: pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Wash and dry the berries. Slice the peaches into thin wedges.
- Place the peaches, raspberries, and blackberries in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat, being careful not to crush the berries.
- Sprinkle with chopped mint and a pinch of sea salt, if using.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.

- For a vegan option, substitute honey with agave or maple syrup.
