Description

A refreshing and easy Summer Peach Fruit Salad made with ripe peaches, fresh berries, honey, lemon juice, and mint. Perfect for hot days, brunches, and healthy snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the berries. Slice the peaches into thin wedges.
  2. Place the peaches, raspberries, and blackberries in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, and lemon zest until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat, being careful not to crush the berries.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped mint and a pinch of sea salt, if using.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches to maintain texture.
  • For a vegan option, substitute honey with agave or maple syrup.
  • Add blueberries or kiwi for more variety.
  • Top with granola or yogurt to turn it into a breakfast bowl.
