Description

This Spicy Chicken Wing Ramen Bowl features crispy, sticky chicken wings glazed in a bold hot sauce, paired with saucy garlic-chili ramen noodles and soft-boiled eggs. It’s a comforting, crave-worthy dish ready in just 45 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 810 chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 tablespoon oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil or sriracha
  • ½ teaspoon paprika or chili powder
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • Green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the chicken wings and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and chili flakes. Let rest 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet or air fryer. Cook wings for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and hot sauce. Toss wings in the glaze and return to heat for 3–5 minutes until sticky.
  4. Soft-boil eggs for 6½ minutes, then cool in an ice bath. Peel and slice in half.
  5. Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. In a skillet, heat oil or butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, chili oil, and paprika.
  7. Add noodles and toss until coated and glossy. Add a splash of water if needed.
  8. Assemble bowls: add noodles, top with wings, halved eggs, green onions, and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Air fry wings for extra crisp without extra oil.
  • Adjust chili oil or hot sauce to control spice level.
  • Use gluten-free noodles and tamari for a gluten-free version.
  • Add vegetables like bok choy, corn, or mushrooms for balance.
  • Wings and noodles can be made ahead and stored separately.
