- 8–10 chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 1 tablespoon oil or butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili oil or sriracha
- ½ teaspoon paprika or chili powder
- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- Green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and chili flakes. Let rest 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet or air fryer. Cook wings for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and hot sauce. Toss wings in the glaze and return to heat for 3–5 minutes until sticky.
- Soft-boil eggs for 6½ minutes, then cool in an ice bath. Peel and slice in half.
- Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat oil or butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, chili oil, and paprika.
- Add noodles and toss until coated and glossy. Add a splash of water if needed.
- Assemble bowls: add noodles, top with wings, halved eggs, green onions, and sesame seeds.
