This is a dish that’s not only easy to make but also packed with flavors that your whole family will adore. So grab your apron, and let’s get cooking!

Ingredients

Scale

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken breasts, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers to the chicken mixture and toss everything together until combined.
  4. Pour the chicken and pepper mixture into a 9×13-inch casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and grated parmesan cheese on top of the chicken and peppers.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy this savory, cheesy goodness!

Notes

For the best results, make sure to slice your bell peppers evenly so they cook at the same rate. You can also marinate the chicken for an extra 30 minutes before cooking to deepen the flavors. If you’re in a rush, consider using pre-sliced peppers or grated garlic to save time!
