Description

This homemade raspberry lemonade recipe is refreshing, tangy, and naturally sweetened with real raspberries and fresh lemon juice. Perfect for summer gatherings, BBQs, or a healthy family-friendly drink.


Ingredients

  • 1¾ cups fresh squeezed lemon juice (from 812 lemons, strained)
  • ½ pound (8 oz.) raspberries, plus more for garnish
  • 5 cups cold water
  • 1 cup sugar (or substitute with honey, stevia, or monk fruit)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend the raspberries with ½ cup of lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the raspberry purée, remaining lemon juice, water, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Taste and adjust with more sugar, lemon juice, or water as needed.
  5. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices, raspberries, and fresh mint.

Notes

  • You can use frozen raspberries—just thaw before blending.
  • Adjust sweetness or tartness based on preference.
