- ½ pound (8 oz.) raspberries, plus more for garnish
- 5 cups cold water
- 1 cup sugar (or substitute with honey, stevia, or monk fruit)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
- Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Blend the raspberries with ½ cup of lemon juice until smooth.
- Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
- In a large pitcher, combine the raspberry purée, remaining lemon juice, water, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Taste and adjust with more sugar, lemon juice, or water as needed.
- Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices, raspberries, and fresh mint.

- You can use frozen raspberries—just thaw before blending.
- Adjust sweetness or tartness based on preference.
