- 2 packages (14 oz each) Lil’ Smokies sausages
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
- Add Lil’ Smokies to a slow cooker and pour the glaze over them. Stir gently to coat evenly.
- Stir in pineapple chunks for added sweetness and texture.
- Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours or High for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm with toothpicks. Keep on the warm setting if serving over time.
