Description

Pina Colada Fluff is a creamy, tropical no-bake dessert made with crushed pineapple, coconut, marshmallows, and a hint of rum flavor—perfect for parties, potlucks, or a quick summer treat.


Ingredients

  • 20 oz crushed pineapple (1 can – do not drain!)
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (1 container, thawed)
  • 1 tsp rum extract
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (your favorite variety)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix with the entire can of crushed pineapple, including the juice. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip and rum extract until evenly mixed.
