- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (your favorite variety)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix with the entire can of crushed pineapple, including the juice. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
- Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip and rum extract until evenly mixed.
- Stir in the miniature marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. Chill for at least 30 minutes for best texture.
