Description

These No Bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Bites combine crunchy pretzels, gooey caramel, smooth chocolate, and flaky sea salt for the ultimate sweet-and-salty treat. Perfect for holidays, parties, or a quick dessert with no oven required.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz chocolate melting wafers (dark, milk, or semi-sweet)
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips (optional, for drizzle)
  • Coarse sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Arrange 20 mini pretzels in a single layer on the sheet.
  3. Soften caramel candies in the microwave for 10 seconds, then place one caramel on each pretzel and flatten gently.
  4. Top each caramel with another pretzel to create a sandwich. Press lightly.
  5. Chill the assembled bites in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm them up.
  6. Melt chocolate wafers in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  7. Dip each pretzel sandwich halfway or fully into the melted chocolate.
