Description

This No Bake Peanut Butter Pie is a quick and creamy dessert layered with an Oreo crust, fluffy peanut butter filling, rich chocolate pudding, and whipped topping. Perfect for holidays, potlucks, or anytime you need a show-stopping, make-ahead dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies, regular or double stuffed
  • ¾ stick butter, melted
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 5.9 oz. instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups milk (or as indicated on pudding package)

Instructions

  1. Set aside 5 Oreo cookies for topping, if desired. Pulse the rest into fine crumbs using a food processor or crush by hand.
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add ½ of the Cool Whip, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Spread over Oreo crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the instant pudding with milk (as directed on package). Let it thicken, then spread over the peanut butter layer.
  5. Top the pie with the remaining Cool Whip. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  6. Before serving, top with crumbled Oreos or chocolate shavings.

Notes

  • Use double-stuffed Oreos for a richer crust.
  • Chilling the pie for several hours ensures firm layers.
  • Feel free to add chopped peanuts or mini chocolate chips between layers for added texture.
