Instructions

- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and mousse-like.
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the chilled crusts and smooth the tops.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
- Before serving, top with fresh berries. For a glossy finish, warm the jam, stir in lemon juice, and lightly brush over the berries.
