Nature Cereal Bowl is a refreshing 5-minute healthy breakfast made with fresh berries, pomegranate seeds, ice, and pure coconut water. This viral Nature’s cereal recipe is light, hydrating, antioxidant-rich, and perfect for busy mornings or a post-workout energy boost.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup blackberries, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup raspberries, rinsed and drained
  • 2 strawberries, rinsed, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup 100% pure coconut water
  • 34 ice cubes
  • Optional: 1/2 tablespoon coconut chips
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon granola

Instructions

  1. Add blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, chopped strawberries, and pomegranate seeds to a medium-sized bowl to create the fruit base for your Nature Cereal Bowl.
  2. Add 3-4 ice cubes over the fruit to keep the bowl cold and refreshing.
  3. Pour 1 cup of pure coconut water over the fruit and ice. Gently stir to combine all ingredients evenly.
