These No Bake Mint Chocolate Chip Clusters are cool, creamy, and crunchy bite-sized treats made with melted chocolate, cereal, marshmallows, and mint candy. Ready in under 30 minutes, they’re perfect for holidays, gifting, or anytime sweet cravings strike.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ½ cups crispy rice cereal or cornflakes
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ¾ cup mint candy pieces or mint chocolate candies
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a heat-safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and butter. Melt over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat. Gently fold in the crispy rice cereal, mini marshmallows, mint candy pieces, and mini chocolate chips until evenly coated.
