- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Black pepper (to taste)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 pointed red pepper (sliced)
- For the Salad:
- 1/4 avocado (sliced)
- 1 cucumber (diced)
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 4–5 basil leaves (chopped)
- 3 radishes (thinly sliced)
- 1/3 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Additionally:
- Feta cheese (crumbled)
- Olives (optional)
- For Yogurt Garlic Sauce (Optional):
- 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1–2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add a teaspoon of olive oil.
- Add shredded chicken and sliced red pepper to the pan.
- Sprinkle in oregano, paprika, chili powder, and minced garlic.
- Stir the mixture and cook for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the spices to coat the chicken evenly.
