    • Black pepper (to taste)
    • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
    • 1/2 pointed red pepper (sliced)
  • For the Salad:
    • 1/4 avocado (sliced)
    • 1 cucumber (diced)
    • 1 tomato (diced)
    • 45 basil leaves (chopped)
    • 3 radishes (thinly sliced)
    • 1/3 red onion (thinly sliced)
    • 1 tsp olive oil
    • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Additionally:
    • Feta cheese (crumbled)
    • Olives (optional)
  • For Yogurt Garlic Sauce (Optional):
    • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
    • 12 garlic cloves (minced)
    • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add a teaspoon of olive oil.
  2. Add shredded chicken and sliced red pepper to the pan.
  3. Sprinkle in oregano, paprika, chili powder, and minced garlic.
  4. Stir the mixture and cook for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the spices to coat the chicken evenly.
