- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped cilantro and lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 5–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice or serve whole.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges, if desired.
