- 6 hard-boiled eggs (sliced)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dressing
- Combine raw honey, dijon mustard, lemon juice, avocado oil, and sea salt.
- Whisk together in a small bowl until smooth, or use an immersion blender for a thicker consistency.
- Set aside or refrigerate for later use.
Step 2: Season and Grill the Chicken
- In a small bowl, mix sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Season the chicken breasts thoroughly on both sides.
- Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high, brush with avocado oil, and add chicken.

Step 3: Assemble the Salad
- In a large serving bowl, arrange the chopped greens as the base.
- Layer in the cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, cucumber, avocado, crumbled bacon, and sliced hard-boiled eggs.
- Slice the grilled chicken and place it over the salad.
Step 4: Add the Dressing
- Drizzle the honey dijon dressing over the salad.
- Toss gently to coat evenly, or serve the dressing on the side for individual servings.
Notes
- Use Fresh Ingredients: The key to a flavorful salad is using the freshest greens and ripe avocados.
- chekin Tip: For less mess, bake the chekin in the oven on a parchment-lined tray at 400°F for about 20 minutes.
- Egg Boiling Method: To get perfectly boiled eggs, place them in a saucepan with water an inch above the eggs, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and let them steam for 10 minutes.
