- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature). Set aside and let rest.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir well and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese gradually, stirring continuously until melted and the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Slice the grilled chicken and place it over the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
- Serve immediately while hot and creamy.
