Description

A quick and satisfying Crunchy Chicken Caesar Wrap made with crispy chicken tenders, fresh romaine, Parmesan, and creamy Caesar dressing wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch or dinner with an optional spicy twist.


Ingredients

  • 2 large whole wheat flour tortillas
  • 2 crispy breaded chicken tenders, sliced
  • 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Warm a clean skillet over medium-low heat. Heat each tortilla for 15–20 seconds per side.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
  3. Lay each warm tortilla flat on a clean surface. Evenly divide the salad mixture across the center of each tortilla.
  4. Top each with sliced crispy chicken tenders.
  5. Fold in the edges and roll up each tortilla tightly.
  6. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
