- 1 box white chocolate pudding (3.9 oz)
- 2 cups cold 2% milk
- ½ container Cool-Whip
- 2–3 drops neon green gel food coloring
- 1–2 drops green food coloring
- ½ cup green sanding sugar
- ½ cup mini red heart sprinkles
- ½ cup large red heart sprinkles
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the white chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until slightly thickened.
- Add the neon green and standard green food coloring to the pudding and mix until evenly combined and the desired color is reached.
- Pour the green pudding mixture into the Oreo crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
- Once chilled, top the pie with Cool-Whip, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle green sanding sugar and mini red heart sprinkles over the topping.
- Place a large red heart sprinkle in the center or on each slice for decoration.
- Slice and serve chilled.
