Description
This no bake Grinch pie is a fun and festive holiday dessert made with a creamy white chocolate pudding filling, a chocolate Oreo crust, and topped with whipped topping and red heart sprinkles. It’s quick to prepare, requires no baking, and is perfect for Christmas parties or Grinch-themed celebrations.

1 Oreo pie crust
1 box white chocolate pudding (3.9 oz)
2 cups cold 2% milk
½ container Cool-Whip
2–3 drops neon green gel food coloring
1–2 drops green food coloring
½ cup green sanding sugar
½ cup mini red heart sprinkles
½ cup large red heart sprinkles
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the white chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until slightly thickened.
Add the neon green and standard green food coloring to the pudding and mix until evenly combined and the desired color is reached.
Pour the green pudding mixture into the Oreo crust and smooth the top.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
Once chilled, top the pie with Cool-Whip, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle green sanding sugar and mini red heart sprinkles over the topping.
Place a large red heart sprinkle in the center or on each slice for decoration.
Slice and serve chilled.
