- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 6 ounces spinach, thawed and drained
Optional substitutions:
- For a dairy-free version, you can substitute cream cheese and sour cream with plant-based alternatives.
- If you’re not a fan of spinach, you can replace it with kale or arugula.
Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a 1-quart baking dish by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2:
In a medium bowl, add the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix them with a hand mixer until smooth and well-blended.
Step 3:
Add the minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir everything together until it’s evenly combined.
Step 4:
Fold in the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the dip mixture.
Step 5:
Spread the dip evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and heated through.
Step 6:
Remove the dip from the oven and serve it warm with slices of bread, a baguette, or crackers. Enjoy!
