1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil

Instructions
Step1: Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cook the lasagna sheets according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step2: Cook the Shrimp
Heat 2 tbsp butter and a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Sauté the shrimp for 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
Step3: Prepare the White Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
Stir in heavy cream and milk, cooking over low heat until thickened.
Add grated Parmesan, stirring until fully melted. Season with salt and pepper.
Step4: Assemble the Lasagna
Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer with lasagna sheets, shrimp, ricotta, parsley, and more sauce. Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella on top.
Step5: Bake the Lasagna
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbling.
Notes
Use fresh shrimp for maximum flavor.
Allow the lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before slicing for cleaner layers.
Add a pinch of nutmeg to the white sauce for a subtle aromatic flavor.
