Description

A no-bake, layered Christmas dessert with a red velvet cookie crust, peppermint cheesecake, green white chocolate pudding, and festive toppings like mini marshmallows and M&Ms. Fun, colorful, and perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 (3.9 oz) boxes white chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • Green food coloring (to desired shade)
  • 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip (for topping)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • Red and green sprinkles
  • M&M candies (red and green)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly butter a 9×13 inch baking dish and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat softened butter and powdered sugar until creamy.
  3. Add red food coloring and gradually mix in the dry ingredients to form dough.
  4. Press the dough into the baking dish and bake for 18–20 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  5. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip and peppermint extract.
  6. Spread the peppermint cheesecake layer over the cooled crust. Freeze for 10–15 minutes.
  7. Whisk together pudding mix and milk. Add green food coloring to desired color and whisk until smooth.
  8. Spread pudding over cheesecake layer. Freeze for 5 minutes to firm up.
  9. Spread 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip over the pudding layer.
  10. Top with mini marshmallows, sprinkles, and M&Ms. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until set.

Notes

  • Use gel food coloring for more vibrant colors with less liquid.
  • Freeze briefly between layers for cleaner separation.
  • Let the crust cool completely before adding the cheesecake layer.
  • Top just before serving for best texture and appearance.
  • Use a warm knife for clean slices.
