Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb boneless chicken wings, cooked and crispy
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Olive oil spray or a light drizzle for pan-searing

Instructions

  1. Warm tortillas slightly in the microwave to make them soft and foldable.
  2. Toss the boneless chicken wings with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce on each tortilla.
  4. Add half of the chicken wings to each wrap and top with both cheeses.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides to form a wrap.
  6. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Add wraps to the skillet seam-side down and cook until golden and crisp, flipping once.
  8. Once the cheese is melted and both sides are browned, remove from heat.
  9. Slice diagonally and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
