Description

Creamy Cheddar Herb Ritz Crackers Sandwiche are the perfect no-bake party snack. With just a few simple ingredients, they’re flavorful, quick to make, and sure to impress guests at any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 48 Ritz Crackers
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chives, red bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Spread about a teaspoon of the cheese mixture onto one Ritz Cracker.
  3. Top with another Ritz Cracker to form a sandwich. Press gently.
  4. Repeat the process with the remaining crackers and filling.
  5. Optional: Garnish with chopped chives and serve chilled or at room temperature.
