Ingredients
Scale
18–24 large strawberries – washed and dried
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sour cream
2/3 cup white granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional for a citrus twist)
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
For Strawberry Shortcake Crumble:
1 pack of Golden Oreos – crushed
3 tbsp melted butter
1 packet strawberry gelatin mix (3 oz)
1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries – crushed
Instructions
Prepare Strawberries: Cut off the strawberry stems, slice each in half, and trim a small sliver off the back for stability. Carefully hollow out the center with a melon baller.
Whip the Cream: In a medium mixing bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture: In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
Fill the Strawberries: Use a piping bag with a star tip to fill each strawberry. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top for an added crunch.
Make the Shortcake Crumble (Optional): Mix crushed Golden Oreos, melted butter, strawberry gelatin, and freeze-dried strawberries. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 7-10 minutes. Use it as a garnish.
Notes
Select large strawberries for the best presentation and ease of filling.
Use a small piping tip for precise filling.
Add lemon juice for a hint of tartness that complements the creamy filling.
