Instructions
- Bring 1/4 cup of water to a boil and pour it into an 8-ounce mug. Add the chai tea bag and steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag and stir in the sugar until fully dissolved.
- In a small pot, heat 3/4 cup milk over medium heat until it begins to steam. Do not let it boil.
- Whisk the milk vigorously or use a milk frother to create foam.
- Pour the steamed milk into the tea concentrate, reserving the foam. Stir to combine.
- Spoon the foam on top and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Serve immediately.
