- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 15 minutes.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Place sprouts cut-side down on the baking sheet and roast for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until caramelized and tender.
- While the sprouts roast, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in honey and chopped walnuts. Warm until glossy, then remove from heat.
- Thread the roasted Brussels sprouts onto skewers, arranging them snugly without crushing.
- Drizzle the warm walnut honey glaze generously over the skewers and let it slightly pool beneath.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh thyme or parsley and serve warm.
