1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 cup papaya chunks
1 inch fresh ginger root (grated)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon raw honey
1/2 cup coconut water
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

Add pineapple, papaya, and coconut water to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add grated ginger, apple cider vinegar, and lime juice.
Blend for 10 more seconds.
Pour into a glass and stir in honey.
Add a pinch of cayenne pepper on top.
Drink fresh on an empty stomach in the morning.

Notes

Best consumed fresh. The bromelain in pineapple and papain in papaya are natural digestive enzymes. Can substitute coconut water with regular water.
