- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or Monterey Jack)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions
- Lightly butter one side of each tortilla.
- Place one tortilla in a skillet over medium heat, butter side down.
- Sprinkle half the tortilla with shredded cheese and top with fresh blueberries.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Slice into wedges, drizzle with honey if desired, and garnish with cilantro.
