With 8+ years of professional kitchen experience, María focuses on adapting global cuisines into halal-friendly, family-tested versions. She founded Optimal Recipes alongside her sister Patricia with one rule: every recipe must work the first time, in a real home kitchen, with ingredients you can actually find. María has developed and tested over 1,200 recipes for the site, with a focus on desserts, breakfast, and weekend baking projects.
