- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cups cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup mango puree
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Fresh mango slices for garnish
- Edible flowers for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mango puree, and continue to beat until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and fold in sour cream until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Bake for 55 minutes, or until the center is just set.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with fresh mango slices and optional edible flowers before serving.
Notes
Serve this Mango Cheesecake Delight with a side of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgent experience. A light mango coulis can also enhance the tropical flavor.
