A quick, creamy, and low-carb keto cheesy ground beef and broccoli skillet that’s perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the onions until translucent, about 3–4 minutes.
- Add garlic and ground beef. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Season with smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
- Steam or blanch broccoli for 3–4 minutes until just tender and bright green.
- Add broccoli to the skillet and mix with the beef.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard. Mix until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella. Cover and cook for 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and serve hot. Garnish with extra red pepper flakes if desired.
