Instructions

Step1: Prepare the Crust

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.

Step2: Make the Cheesecake Layer

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  3. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  4. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the cooled crust and refrigerate.
