Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray, as needed
- Fresh thyme (optional), for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the parchment and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Lightly spray the tops of the chips with olive oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
- Shake the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
