- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- ½ tsp rice vinegar
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 4 cups water
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp lime juice
- ½ tsp honey
- Pinch of salt
- 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, black pepper, and honey.
