  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup canned sweet corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup guacamole or avocado crema
  • Red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture over the chicken breasts and let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
