  • 8 oz (225 g) fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Step1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
  3. Before draining, reserve ½ cup of pasta water for later use.

Step2: Prepare the Chicken Bites

  1. In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add butter and let it melt.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 4–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.

  1. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
