Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Oreo Crust

 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
 Press the mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish firmly and evenly.
 Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool to room temperature.

No-bake option: Skip baking and refrigerate the crust for 30 minutes to set!

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Layer

 In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
 Fold in 1 tub of whipped topping and mix until fluffy.
 Spread the cheesecake layer evenly over the cooled Oreo crust.

Step 3: Prepare the Mint Pudding Layer

 In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
 Stir in mint extract and a few drops of green gel food coloring.
 Fold in the remaining whipped topping, then spread over the cheesecake layer.

Step 4: Chill & Garnish
