  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)

Optional substitutions:

  • Replace bowtie pasta with gluten-free pasta for dietary needs.
  • Substitute cilantro with parsley for a milder flavor.

Instructions

Step1: Cook the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add the bowtie pasta and cook until al dente (about 8–10 minutes).
  • Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.

Step2: Prepare the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lime juice, red wine vinegar (if using), garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  • Mix until the ingredients are well combined.

Step3: Assemble the Salad
