- 3 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 small carrot, finely grated
- 1/2 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour or cornstarch
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray for air fryer
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, grated carrot, chopped chili, parsley, flour, egg, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small round patties and flatten slightly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the patties with cooking spray on both sides.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
